"WOW! That's the only word that can describe my first Harley purchase. The wife and I searched the Bay Area, Central Valley and parts of the Sac area and couldn't find what we were looking for. Then we headed up towards Sac again when Sac Harley was open. We weren't out of the truck for more than 2min before the wife said "I like this." And 10sec later, I said the samething. My wife found Cheryl and we chatted about the bike for a moment. Tried to talk her down in price, but she wasn't having any of that. LOL. The price was within my range, but ya gotta try anyways. Told her my paying option, and she wanted to check with the boss, so inside we went. 15-20min, I had my deposit down, and I couldn't have been happier. Once my check cleared for MY funds 3 days later, and with cashiers check in hand, I had my new bike. Cheryl was awesome, and the girls at the front counter were great too. Hell, we spent an extra $400 there. But in no way am I not pleased with this bunch. I don't think any other dealer would have done what they did with the amount of class that they showed. Thanks again!"

"On the afternoon of 9-8-07, I was forced to deal with a nail in my 03 1200c Sportster. My first thought was who was closer? Sac Harley or Folsom...I decided on Sac only for one reason I bought my bike from them almost four years ago to the date. Keith in service department upon my call for service assured me that they could get me back on the road that afternoon. Which in away they did...I remember receiving the call from them at 4:30pm that my bike was ready as I was sitting in the sales person office. (They stated 2 hours and it was right on the money for 2 hours...) Great job guys!!! Now, as to why I was in the sale person’s office, I should have gone drinking it would have been a cheaper tail to tell. Nonetheless, as my girlfriend and I were waiting for the bike to be repaired, we had to look at the other bikes on the floor. I had forgotten that I had seen this one particular bike in Monterey and looking back I loved it. I have always known that I would upgrade but I had no idea that it would have been that day. Thanks to Cheryl Jones and her experience, we had a GREAT time with every one there. Her knowledge of HD is above and beyond any customer service I have experience in a long time. As a manager of customer service for a large corp. I would hire her in a quick minute. As long as I live in the Sacramento area, I will take all my business to the Sac Harley folks. I would like to give a special thanks to Mike who honored all my crazy requests and Mike just another request, Do whatever it takes to keep Cheryl...! Thanks everyone and have a great day! "Randy and I bought our 2nd bike. We traded our Deluxe for the Ultra Classic, with all the bells and whistles. Again this was great. To Cheryl and everyone "thanks", you guys are the best. "I just bought a thunder mountain chopper and couldn't be more pleased. Cheryl and John were outstanding answering all my many questions. They even took some of my jokin' and gave it right back to me! On the day of delivery, there was a problem with something in the computer, cheryl quickly called to tell me and reschedule delivery. "Killer experience overall, but I must say that Bill Richlen really impressed me. He has a superb knowledge of all that is Harley! "I purchased my bike from Vacaville HD with the help of Sac Harley. I promised that I would buy my parts and have my bike serviced @Sac HD in exchange for their help. I have never been disappointed with the service, advice or cost of the products regardless if they ar HD or after market. Monty Heath is "the " most knowledgable service person I have come across and his attitude is "I can do that and better than..." he delivers; Ian Dempsey is also very knowledgable and has helped me sometimes above and beyond what I expect; Joey Postelle has always been there for me when I need parts advice (HD or aftermarket) and works well with the service department so that the two operations are seamless and minimize the inconvenience of having your bike in the shop. I know that I probably left someone off the list but not intentionally. I have my choice of dealerships since I live in Roseville but I will not have anyone else work on my bike other that Sac HD!"

"The staff are so informative. Any question I had the sales staff had the answer. I was talking to Stan in sales and I have to say he was so helpful and pleasant.
